Heins staff was prompt and very helpful. WE chose Heins because they did an excellent job on the roof for a previous owner of our home. We were extremely happy with attention to detail and scheduling practice. The well organized and right-sized crew completed our job in one day.To sum up my comments, if in the future I need home repairs with a scope requiring external assistance, I would use Heins, and likely would not bother getting a bid from a competitor.

I recently had all the windows in my house replaced. The crew doing the work did a great job, and they were very accomodating to my schedule, I work from home, there were no disruptions from my job. I worked with DJ Burris on the project, he was excellent to work with, very helpful from the beginning through the completion of the job. DJ was always available for any questions that I had, he made multiple calls and even stopped in just to make sure I was happy with how the project was going. I would recommend Heins to anyone looking for a contractor.

Bryan and his team have done an excellent job on installing new windows at two different times in our condo. The team was professional, courteous, and kept a clean working area throughtout the projects. Thay are now my Go To contractor.

When I first started looking for a contractor to repair my roof, I had 4 different quotes from 4 very different contractors. Not knowing anything about roofing, I could only go on what each contracting representative could do in regards to answering my questions, and getting a good sense of what kind of follow through each of the 4 companies could offer. I was also very interested in how these representatives would be “present”, in working with my insurance company. When it came time to choose, the only representative that stood out from the rest was Adam from Heinz contracting. Adam was very patient and kind in each step of the process, and I immediately got a sense of relief that my wife and I would be taken care of throughout the stress of this experience. Even when Adam informed me that he would be on a short leave of absence to tend to his wife and 2 new twin daughters, he assured me that Brandon of (Heinz Contracting) would be be present during his absence. Brandon showed up at my house the next day to help set up the appointment to meet with my insurance company. When Brandon called to let me know how things went, I was again more assured that I chose the right company. Moving on to the spring and getting our new roof and gutters installed and completed, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Heinz Contracting said they would do. Again, it’s all really a massive heart felt “THANK YOU” to the talents of Adam, Brandon and their crew. Heins Contracting/Roofing, Gutters and Downspouts in our case was great to work with. We felt very comfortable dealing with them from the sale/quote to start to the completion of the project. Kyle(Sales) and Derek(Project Supervisor) were involved with the work and made sure we were happy. I can’t say enough about both the roofing crew and the gutter and downspout crews as they were first rate! Both crews made sure any small details we had a choice about were offered onsite and done to our satisfaction. The roofers were here first thing and ready to work, and stayed till the evening when they cleaned up everything, job completed. The gutter crew also came to work and had the same work ethic! We are very happy with the look of the roof and the gutters also look great but with the recent downpours in our area they sure do the job directing the water away from our foundation! Thanks again to Kyle, Derek, and all the people on both crews, AMAZING JOB, also ALL extremely friendly! 🙂
